In WorkLogx jobs and records belong to a customer and project. Customers can carry an external ID such as the customer number from accounting; reports show data per customer.
Frequently asked questions
- Can the customer sign on site?
- Yes. Forms can contain a signature field that is filled in directly at the customer in the app.
- Can customers be matched to our accounting system?
- Yes, via the “External ID” field, e.g. the customer number. A ready-made accounting connector is not part of the product; for your own integrations there are webhooks and service tokens.
- Where does the office review submitted maintenance logs?
- Submitted logs appear in the office approval area. They are reviewed and approved one by one there; the PDF is then available.
