What is WorkLogx?

WorkLogx is the digital operations platform for office and field teams. The office plans tasks, approvals and customers; employees capture forms, photos and signatures on mobile; PDFs and reports come together centrally.

Which companies is WorkLogx for?

For trades, installation and field service — wherever teams work on site and the office needs to plan, review and approve centrally.

Does WorkLogx work offline?

Yes. Mobile capture is designed for unreliable connectivity. Captured data syncs when a connection is available again.

Can I create my own forms?

The WorkLogx business package includes standard forms (Arbeits- & Servicebericht, Prüf- & Wartungsprotokoll, Sicherheitscheck vor Arbeitsbeginn, Mängel- & Vorfallmeldung, Lieferschein, Abnahme- & Übergabeprotokoll). You can also build custom forms and custom PDF/document templates.

Can I reuse existing forms?

You can start with standard templates or rebuild processes as custom forms. Smart Builder helps with drafts; you stay in control of what is adopted.

How do I get started with WorkLogx?

The easiest way is “Get to know WorkLogx”: in a personal conversation we look at your workflow and prepare a suitable offer. Alternatively, use “Get started” to configure and book WorkLogx online.

What is WorkLogx AI?

WorkLogx AI is an optional add-on to the business package. It includes Smart Builder (AI form drafts), Backoffice AI (assistant for planning and administration, incl. AI task drafts) plus Voice Fill and AI review of captures in the app. Smart Planner is part of the business package and is not an AI feature. AI prepares drafts and hints — decisions stay with you.

Is there mobile office management?

Yes. Office and dispatch leads can use today’s overview, team tasks, assignments and vacation approvals on mobile. It is part of office access, not a separate product.

Where is my data stored?

WorkLogx is operated by Monadion GmbH. Details on processing and storage are in the privacy policy.

Where is WorkLogx hosted?

Backend, database and file storage run at Hetzner in the EU. All providers involved are listed in the public sub-processor list.

Is WorkLogx available on-premise?

On-premise operation is available on request. Please talk to our sales team.

How much does WorkLogx cost?

There is no public price list. After a personal conversation you receive an offer that fits your business.

Can WorkLogx connect to other systems?

Yes, through service tokens and webhooks. Further connections to existing systems are available on request.
