Each organisation is isolated. Permissions follow the role in the business – office and field only see what their work needs.

Extra protection for sensitive access
Sensitive office access uses multi-factor authentication (TOTP) in addition to email and password.
Encryption in transit
Public WorkLogx endpoints are served over HTTPS/TLS. Encryption at rest is not claimed as a blanket statement here.
