What is WorkLogx?: WorkLogx is the digital operations platform for office and field teams. The office plans tasks, approvals and customers; employees capture forms, photos and signatures on mobile; PDFs and reports come together centrally.
Which companies is WorkLogx for?: For trades, installation and field service — wherever teams work on site and the office needs to plan, review and approve centrally.
Does WorkLogx work offline?: Yes. Mobile capture is designed for unreliable connectivity. Captured data syncs when a connection is available again.
How is pricing structured?: One office pack per organisation (Light €29, Premium €59, Platinum €99). Plus €4.99 per active employee access per month. Optional Employee AI (+€7.99) and storage add-ons. Office users are included in the office pack.
How are employees billed?: You pay €4.99 per active employee access per month. Deactivated employees are no longer billed from the next billing cycle. There is no seat pool.
Do office users need an employee access?: No. Office users are included in the office pack. You are billed for active employee accesses for mobile work.
Can I create my own forms?: All packs include WorkLogx standard forms (Arbeits- & Servicebericht, Prüf- & Wartungsprotokoll, Sicherheitscheck vor Arbeitsbeginn, Mängel- & Vorfallmeldung, Lieferschein, Abnahme- & Übergabeprotokoll). Custom forms and custom PDF/document templates start with Premium and are included in Platinum.
Can I reuse existing forms?: You can start with standard templates or rebuild processes as custom forms on Premium/Platinum. Smart Builder (Platinum) helps with drafts; you stay in control of what is adopted.
