You pay €4.99 per active employee access per month. Deactivated employees are no longer billed from the next billing cycle. There is no seat pool.

### Do employees need an office login?

No. Employees typically use mobile capture. Office access is for review, approval and reporting.

### Can I create my own forms?

Yes. You can use templates or set up your own forms for your workflows.

### Can I reuse existing forms?

Existing forms can be used as a starting point or rebuilt. AI-assisted form drafting from PDF or Word is planned as an optional expansion.
